Centralized Control Management:

The system uses a B/S architecture, eliminating the need to install a client. With just an internet browser, you can log in to the control panel from any computer and perform any operation or management task on all terminals.

 

Flexible Program Creation:

When creating a program, you can freely stretch, drag, and adjust the size of program materials.

 

System Compatibility and Scalability:

1. Supports almost all video formats (e.g., rm, rmvb, avi, mpeg, mpg, dat, mov, asf, mtv, mkv, wmv, 3gp, amv, dmv, divx, etc.).

2. Audio formats (e.g., mp3, wma, wav, etc.).

3. Image formats (e.g., jpg, gif, png, etc.).

4. Word/Excel documents, PDF documents.

5. Others: real-time RSS news, Flash animations, dynamic web pages.

6. Image special effects playback: add special effects to images, such as blinds, fade in/fade out effects.

7. Streaming media broadcasting: supports real-time streaming media, online video streaming, local DVD video streaming, video conferences, and various other streaming media broadcast formats.

8. Multiple program looping: the system supports looping playback of multiple programs. Playlist Management:

You can create a playlist for all programs and easily send the playlist to terminals.

 

Independent Terminal Playback:

The system adopts a distributed peer-to-peer information publishing mechanism, allowing each terminal to play different contents or notification screens. You can easily specify the placement of each terminal and perform simple operations.

 

Remote Terminal Control:

You can perform operations such as standby or wake-up, restart, etc., remotely through the management software.

 

Remote Time Synchronization:

You can remotely synchronize the time of the terminal player and the server using the control software, eliminating the need for manual time setting.

 

Remote Volume Adjustment:

You can remotely adjust the volume of the terminal player using the control software.

 

Remote Real-time Monitoring:

Offline Instructions:

You can send arbitrary instructions to a terminal, regardless of whether the terminal is online or not. The terminal will automatically execute the instructions once it's online.

 

Program Distribution Mechanism:

The system supports multi-server program distribution, solving the problem of high concurrent connections and providing controllable bandwidth during distribution. It also supports monitoring and management of published terminals, supports resumable transmission, ensures file integrity, and provides distribution status feedback.

 

User Management and Permissions:

You can set different permissions for each user and assign terminal management to them, giving them control over specific terminals.

 

Remote Terminal File Management:

You can view and delete program files played on the terminal. You can delete a program from a specific terminal or simultaneously delete the same program from all terminals. The terminal has an automatic cleaning feature that removes the earliest played program files when its storage device is full.

 

Program Approval:

The program approval function is used in multi-level user permissions. Higher-level users can review programs created by lower-level users. Lower-level users cannot publish programs to terminals without approval from higher-level users.

 

Intelligent Cleaning:

The system supports intelligent cleaning, which automatically cleans up the earliest files when the storage space is almost full. There is no need for manual deletion, but you can also manually clean up storage content through the software backend.

 

Standalone Playback:

Supports program playback from a USB flash drive.

 

Resume Downloading:

If a network interruption occurs during program download, the system will automatically resume downloading from where it left off after reconnecting, without starting from the beginning.

 

Log Management:

Powerful log recording function that can capture every command and its status.

 

Remote On-Demand:

You can use a remote control to play existing programs on demand.
